Sanford Harmony Is Excited to Launch:
The NEW Harmony Game Room App with Digital Quick Connection Cards

Dear Angela,

Creating connection with distance-learning students is about to get easier. Sanford Harmony is excited to launch the first phase of Harmony Game Room, a mobile app that gives you free access to Harmony games — no printer needed. Parents and caretakers will find this especially helpful while home schooling, as the first game is a digital version of Quick Connection Cards.

Check out the user-friendly features that make Harmony Game Room’s first launch easy and fun to share with students and their families:

1. Access all the Quick Connection Cards for upper and lower grades.

2. Sort by category: Conversations, Collaborations, and Community Builders.

3. Use the “Favorites” feature to save your favorite Meet Up and Buddy Up cards to use again and again.

4. Unlock fun tokens for teachers, parents, and children while you learn with the Sanford Harmony App (coming soon).

5. Connect with the Spanish-language version of all Harmony content, available with a simple toggle.

Ready to get started? Harmony Game Room is available for iOS on iPad and iPhones! We are working diligently to make this available on Android devices soon, including Chromebook. You can download the app at no cost from the App Store now, and from Google Play as soon as we launch the Android version.

The original printer-friendly Quick Connection Cards are still available when you want paper cards to pass and play. Print your own Quick Connection Cards in Spanish and English while logged into the Harmony Online Learning Portal. Hover over Curriculum in the top navigation, select Everyday Practices, and click on Quick Connection Cards.

Taking time for fun and reflection while you learn can reduce stress and improve relationships between peers and students and their families. We hope you enjoy Harmony Game Room and share the app with parents and caretakers as we continue to launch innovative SEL games. We can’t wait to see how it helps you make connections in your remote classroom!
